I brought my 2005 Ford F-350 to Wensel Service Center after it suddenly developed a major oil leak while driving. After inspecting the truck, I was presented with an estimate exceeding $10,000. While I understand an older work truck may have maintenance items that need attention, I brought the vehicle in for a specific issueβthe oil leakβnot to receive a complete overhaul estimate. Ultimately, the source of the leak was identified as a plug and seal on top of the high-pressure oil pump. The parts used to complete the repair totaled less than $50, yet the final bill was over $2,050. What I found most frustrating was the labor structure. I was charged more than $500 for diagnosis and then additional repair labor after the issue had already been identified. In my experience, many repair facilities credit diagnostic charges toward the repair when the customer authorizes the work. That was not the case here. I have no issue paying for skilled technicians, proper diagnostics, or quality repairs. However, charging over $500 to diagnose the problem and then billing additional labor that brought the total repair cost above $2,000 for a repair involving less than $50 in parts felt excess

I canβt say enough great things about this team. They have been absolutely outstanding in servicing our fleet! Theyβre always cooperative with our volatile and ever-changing schedules, and their communication is top-tierβclear, timely, and consistent whenever an issue arises. Their punctuality has made a huge difference for us, especially during high-demand periods. In addition, their pricing is excellent compared to our other vendors, without ever sacrificing the quality of their work. On the occasions when weβve needed extra assistance or special requests, they have gone out of their way every single time to meet those expectations. Their reliability and commitment to customer service truly stand out. Thank you for always being outstanding and for continuously going above and beyond. Highly recommended!
